All pieces are made to order unless otherwise specified. Due to the natural characteristics of wood and handcrafted processes, natural variations in grain, texture, and color are expected and are not considered defects. Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on materials and current workload.
Orders are confirmed only after written agreement and, where applicable, receipt of your full payment amount.

Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in INR. We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice. Payment terms (deposit, full payment, staged payments) will be agreed upon before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on location and production schedule. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes. Studio Naru is not liable for delays caused by shipping providers.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
